I've now got an online appointment scheduling service, so you can schedule your appointment right now, no matter what time of the day or night it is.

I charge for consultations. The first half hour is $98, and it's $49 per quarter hour after that. But, if you hire me at the end of our consultation, you only pay for the divorce, not for the consultation.

I'd prefer that you guarantee your appointment, because some folks just don't show up. I don't require it, but if you'll guarantee your appointment with a credit card, I'll give you a 2 CD recording, "Everything I Always Wanted to Say in a Divorce Consultation But Didn't Have the Time." This recording is available ONLY to folks who guarantee their appointments with a credit card. If time permits, I'll mail it to you so you can listen before you come in. Otherwise, I'll give it to you when you come in. Your credit card won't be charged unless you don't show up for your appointment, or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment on less than 4 business hours' notice.

The appointment scheduling system requires you to create a login ID and password. I know it's a hassle, but I need to protect your privacy: it's nobody else's business that you have scheduled an appointment with me. I'll also collect contact information from you, but I promise I won't give that information to anybody else.
