Dallas Texas Divorce Attorney
Office Hours
My Dallas Texas divorce attorney office hours are generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, I only see people by appointment, as when I am in court, there is nobody in my office. I do not meet with prospective new clients on weekends, holidays, or after hours. The best way to make an appointment is to call me at 972-881-1811 and leave a message that you'd like to see me, what it's about, and a suggested day and approximate time, and, of course, a number to call you back. If I call you back and get a recording, I can tell you the appointment time available closest to your suggestion.

Dallas Texas Attorney Fees
Charge for Consultations
My divorce attorney firm does charge for the initial consultation. My Dallas Texas divorce consultation rate is $98 for the first half hour, and $49 per quarter hour thereafter or portion thereof. Most people take about 45 minutes, which would be $147. How long the consultation lasts depends on the questions you ask, how well prepared you are, and how complicated your situation is. One reason our Dallas Texas divorce attorney web site is so extensive is to answer many of the questions my clients have, except that it's free if you get it off the web site, and it costs money if you ask me.
Under unusual circumstances I will agree to a telephone consultation or an email consultation. Unusual circumstances would include consulting with someone who lives far away from my Dallas Texas divorce office but has links to an ongoing lawsuit in my area. In these circumstances, I will take a credit card number from you, charge you for a half hour of my time, and then begin the consultation. I'd deduct at least 0.2 hours for each telephone call, and at least 0.1 hour for each email received or sent.
