    3. No Legalese Guarantee

    I promise to communicate with you in English. I may refer to certain documents, procedures, or hearings by their legal name, but I promise to tell you what's happening with your case in everyday language free of jargon and legalese. If you catch me using unnecessary jargon in my emails, letters, or phone calls with you, just call me on it and I'll buy you a dinner for two. This does not apply to documents to be filed with the court or letters to other Dallas County dvorce attorney.

    4. Your Time is Valuable Guarantee
